Begin with a tour of the facility and an overview of the mission of Inter-Faith Housing Alliance and the Hope Garden Apartments while also learning about on-going opportunities for volunteers. MLK Day Volunteers will spend the day doing a variety of painting and cleaning and organizing projects. Feel free to bring brushes, rollers, ladders or work gloves |

| Why |
Inter-Faith and Hope Gardens have gone through a difficult transition in the past year and a number of things just didn’t get done. This project will encourage not just the residents of Hope Gardens but the entire staff and it is a fitting tribute to Dr. King. |
